To achieve this level of excellence, we are seeking a nimble, enthusiastic, and highly detail-oriented medical editor who specializes in proofreading, fact-checking, and editing medical content. In this role, you will:

• Proofread and edit a variety of medical materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Copyedit for content and style (both individual client style and AMA style), including grammar, spelling, consistency across materials.
• Verify scientific and medical facts to ensure all information aligns with the references cited.
• Support the medical team by implementing and sharing best practices for quality checks and referencing.
• Upload materials and link references in clients’ approval systems such as Veeva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, medical writers, and subject matter experts, to ensure all content meets client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your work, ensuring error-free deliverables.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries to ensure content remains relevant and scientifically sound.
