Preventing adverse reactions
What did the client need?
Although our client’s treatment regimen for prostate cancer was shown to work successfully, many physicians reconstituted and injected the solution incorrectly, leading to a high incidence of inflammatory side effects at the injection site. Naturally, this made patients hesitant to continue with the treatment. In order to ensure correct handling and administration, our client decided to start a communication campaign to inform physicians about correct usage and the benefits of the formulation.
How did we meet this need?
Along with the distribution of printed material, we produced a 3D animation film showing the step-by-step instructions on how to reconstitute and inject the solution. The clear and concise animations enable the physicians to practice and improve their technique. To reach a broad audience with minimal effort, the entire film was produced without a voice-over. Instead, on-screen messages in simple English made the film applicable in most countries.
